Pugalur S.F.(Sugar Factory).. is the name where this picture is taken in 1970s.................

My Dad Subburathinam with garland, (farewell function.. taken sometime in 1970s).

My class mate and best friend in school, Dhamodharan is 5th from left in the middle row.

Many forgotten faces, but can recollect some names still. Pugalur S.F. Yes.  That was the name of the Railway Station, then.  Still now also???? Not aware.

The Sugar Factory, was then with E.I.D. Parry & Co. Though a remote village, enjoyed the privilege of using the officer's club facilities & played Tennis, TT and Billiards......

Also, occasionally used to play cards (got bashing when caught, from Dad for that).

Cannot forget the Luxurious Bungalow life there at Pugalur......
